Apple Crumble

This recipe is so easy and a real crowd pleaser. With a warm tangy apple base and a crispy crumbly top it works beautifully with the 3 Bridges “Golden Mist” Botrytis Semillon. The Semillon’s explosion of luscious flavors of ripe apricots, delicious fruitiness and a hint of dry acid suit this dessert perfectly.
